How the panel and bot of the guild NO HOLDING handle your data. Controller: AGBA Solutions SpA (Chile).
1. Data we use
From Discord: your ID, name and avatar («identify» permission) and your membership and roles in the guild server. From the game: your character, guild, kills, deaths and fame (public Albion Online data). If you use CSY Tools with your key: the loot you pick up, the deaths you see (with map and zone) and the season ranking. Also attendance to guild activities.
2. Purpose
Only to run the guild: showing statistics, attendance and loot, and controlling who enters the panel. There is no advertising, no commercial profiling, and the data is not sold.
3. Who it is shared with
With guild members inside the panel, according to their access. Beyond that, only with necessary technical providers (the hosting server and Cloudflare, which protects the site). It is not given to third parties.
4. Cookies
Only the session cookie (to keep you signed in) and the language one. No tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Retention
While you are a member or keep your access. Backups are kept for 14 days. The public game history (kills, battles) is kept as a record of the guild.
6. Your rights
You can ask the guild staff or AGBA Solutions to see, correct or delete your data, under Chilean personal data protection law. To remove the panel’s access to your account, in Discord: Settings → Authorized Apps.
7. Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), role-based access, expiring sessions and keys stored outside the code.
